Pole Finesse

Whether aiming to tone, lose weight or simply gain body confidence, Poleka Fitness is a one-on-one or small group exercise class aimed to develop refined body strength.

Poleka’s focus is to tone and define your muscles, make you stronger, fitter, more flexible and agile. Held in a private studio, lessons can be taught on a one-to-one or group basis. Instructor Annie McClure will teach you the development techniques to build up to an advanced level in a safe, unintimidating environment. Poleka welcomes women of all ages, shapes and sizes. Still unsure..? Bring a friend, or two, to one of our classes to really see the benefits. In six weeks you'll be far fitter, will have learned spins, tricks and should be able to climb the pole. Most importantly you'll have so much fun, you'll forget it's a workout!
